Nong Nooch is the embodiment of the dream. Located in South-Eastern
Asia, it is one of the world’s nicest green nooks with all possible
tropical plants gathered together, a splendid garden of palm trees and
cactuses, and an orchid plantation. The tropical garden covers around
520 acres. One may take a picture of oneself hugging a tiger, leopard,
python or a likeable couple of chimpanzees. Having admired the world of
flowers and sculptures, one may turn his attention to Thai thematic
dances and a splendid show of elephants. Riding elephants, Thais
improvise a royal procession or a battle. A bit later everyone goes to
the arena to watch the show of elephants that is an unforgettable
spectacle. With a purchase of a bundle of bananas you will get a chance
to feed the elephants, provided your seats are in the first row.
Elephants immediately rush towards the audience and rather impudently
tear bananas away with their trunks. In the show, the elephants ride
bicycles, draw pictures on tops and T-shirts, pick up various objects,
play golf, football and basketball. At the end of the show there is a
call for volunteers to try “elephant massage”. The volunteer is put
onto a spread mat, and the elephant starts massaging the client,
slightly patting him with its trunk.
